potassium broth 



POTASSIUM BROTH
(potato peeling broth)  & drink at least 2 coffee mugs a day ,..warm...You can also add a spoon of whey powder & a spoon of Dr Jensen's VEGETABLE SEASONING POWDER ...to give it a much better taste. Its simple, fast & easy to make...& costs a very few pennies..

ingredients:

3 med sized potatoes (purple variety is best , but any irish potatoes will do)
1 med sized carrot
1 large stick of celery
1 small bunch of parsley

Method

Wash vegies in cold water.  Peel the potatoes with a vegetable knife...cutting the peels about 1/2 to 1inch thick..
THROW THE WHITE MIDDLE OF THE POTATOES IN THE TRASH!!

Chop the carrot, stick of celery & parsley (unpeeled!)  Put all vegies & peels into a med/large pot.  Add distilled water to the top of the pot.  

Put on the lid...Put on the stove on high & bring broth to the boil.  
Turn down & simmer 20mins...still with the lid on,
Turn off & let sit another 20mins with the lid still on,

Strain liquid into a large glass jar or Plastic container with well fitting lid.  Drink at least 1 large mug full right away...allow to cool...then store in the refrigerator.

Warm in the microwave as needed...daily.  Will stay fresh in the fridge for 3 days.
